About

The mission of the Center for Organizational Excellence is to develop and implement meaningful and intentional learning-centered opportunities, foster positive connections, and celebrate achievements and recognitions.

The Center for Organizational Excellence addresses institutional priorities by providing quality services and support to students, the college community, and beyond in the areas of accessible course and content development, course delivery, instructional and technical support, training, and program planning, evaluation and improvement.

Distance Education resides within The Center for Organizational Excellence.

Instructional Design & Technology

The Center for Organizational Excellence offers instructional design and technology consultation and course development, ADA Compliance information, and a Teaching Community. You can find helpful resources and information on the Instructional Design page. If a Distance Education course is planned, it must be original. Prior to development, the instructor and supervisor must agree that the proposed distance education course merits compensation. Approval must also be sought from Department Head, Department Dean, Director of Distance Education, and Executive Director of the Center for Organizational Excellence.
